There are so many types of jeera aaloo curry this is one of the super variety which I love so much, method is easy but yummy.

- Oil - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 18 - 15 leaves
- Potato - 1/4 kg
- Green chillies - 5
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/2 piece
- First boil aaloo by adding salt to taste close the lid to cook, when steam is released peel the outer layer and cut them into small pieces.
- Take a pan add oil when hot add cumin seeds fry it until it leaves nice aroma, add curry leaves, and then take green chillies slit and add to the curry leaves and close the lid for a second on medium heat.
- Add cooked potato and mix well and close the lid for five mint's and
- After 5 mint's remove the lid and mix well add fresh cilantro springs which are washed and mix well, and add lemon juice
- And finally add scraped coconut and mix well and let it cook well.
- This curry is very tasty with roties and chepathi.
