Ingredients =
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 18 - 15 leaves
- Potato - 1/4 kg
- green chillies - 2 {optional}
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Amchur powder - 11/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- First boil aaloo by adding salt to taste close the lid to cook, when steam is released peel the outer layer and cut them into big pieces.
- Take a pan add oil when hot add cumin seeds fry it until it leaves nice aroma, add curry leaves, and then add
- Add coriander seeds which are slightly crushed on medium heat then add red chilli powder, amchur powder, roasted cumin powder and mix well on low heat.
Mix well for two mint's
- Add cooked potato and mix well and close the lid for five mint's and add cilantro
- After few mint's remove the lid and mix well add serve hot with roties.
- And finally add fresh coriander let it cook well.
- This curry is very tasty with roties and chepathi.
