LADY FINGER VEGETABLE FRY {FOR RICE}

It is one of the very old recipe which my mom use to prepare.I think this recipe is created by mom only ;)
As I ate this fry in my house not any where,and as my mom don't like bendi because of it's stikkiness but we children love them she use to prepare for us,for preparation also she doesn't like that stickiness so this recipe came out I think.

Ok ! let's go for the recipe it is so simple and very easy.......................

Ingredients -
  • Ladies fingers - 250 grms
  • Red chilli powder - 11/2 tsp or as per
  • Salt - as per
  • Dry coconut - 2 -3  tsp
  • Garlic pods - 3 -4
  • Oil - 10 - 12 tsp

Method of preparation -

Before day only wash the bhendi  and  and rub with cloth and and let it dry for next day.

Remove the edges and chop them vertically in thin layers.

Take a flat pan and add oil 10 tsp and and fry them on high and low heat till crispy and and if any excess oil remove some and let one tsp to stay in the pan.

Now take miksee jar and add dry coconut, garlic pods 3, red chilli powder, salt and grind into a fine paste and add to the fried bhendi  and mix well for more 5 mint's and remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.

This fry is very delicious with hot hot dhal rice and curd rice.

Note -

This is the flat pan as I am telling to use as the bhendi's will be fried equally by spreading them {this picture is not showing ladies finger but for showing flat pan I kept this pic}
