My son wants new
recipes for day today, I search new recipes in net
like pasta , but I want with less cholesterol , by seeing all
I imagined and prepared new type of pasta by not
adding mushroom pasta paste, but adding capsicum &
tomato. I got it very tasty and they are
asking me to prepare more .
Ingredients -

multicolor whole wheat twisted pasta - 200
grms
v
Capsicum – 1
v
Tomato – 1
v
Mushroom pasta sauce – 3tsp
v
Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp
v
Salt
v
Onion - 1 medium [ finely chopped ]
v
Butter - 5tsp
v
Olive oil – 1tsp {optional}
Method of preparation –
ü
Cook pasta for 5 mint's
or till cooked , by adding 4 - 5 glasses of
water , by adding 1/4tsp of oil and pinch
of salt.

Drain the water
completely
ü
Wash and chop capsicum, tomato vertically
and keep aside.
ü
Remove ends and peel
and chop finely onion and keep aside
ü
In pan add 3tsp of
butter / olive oil add chopped onion
and sauté well for 3 mint's and add all chopped
capsicum and sauté and fry it [till cooked but
slightly crunchy ] for 9 mint's, and then add tomato and
sauté for more 5 mint’s
ü
And add sauce, pepper powder, salt and
mix well until soft
ü
Add the cooked pasta and sauté for 5 mints
and serve it hot.

After adding Cooked and drained pasta sauté well carefully , not to break pastas {as the pasta will be soft}.........
If interested add shredded
chesse and mix well .
The yummy pasta is ready as a summer dish for children who stay at home and feel bore
