EGG BONDA

Egg bonda  are most favourite item for most of the people and we can prepare so easily , today we learn fritters or egg  bajji , which we call in our native place ..... and it is very famous there , in this also there are different types , today we learn one easy type.

Ingredients -
  • Basen  / gram flour - 1 glass 
  • Eggs - 5
  • Soda bi carb - a pinch
  • Salt - as sufficient 
  • Oil for deep frying 
  • Rice  flour - 3 tsp 
  • Garlic ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Water  - as per 

Method of preparation = 

Boil eggs , and  remove the shells  of  them 

and pock the 

eggs  with knife and keep aside ...........



Heat oil in a wok in medium and high for deep 

frying ,

In a mixing bowl add besan , rice flour , 

garlic and ginger 

paste ,salt and soda bi crob and  by adding  ......................

sufficient water to the basan mixture to make 

thick and 

smooth batter with out any lumps 

You can test the batter by coating the back of 

the spoon with 

basan  batter which does not trip easily .


Dip the boiled egg one by one  in the batter 

making sure the 

batter is  coated on all sides equally
 



Remove the dipped egg  carefully from the 

mixing bowl 

and drop carefully into the hot oil 

Repeat the same with the other eggs also [ as 

sufficient in 

oil ]

Fry all side on medium flame until it is 

cooked  but not 

browned dark ,when they are cooked / fried 

remove on 

kitchen towel for absorbing extra oil  .




Repeat the same for remaining  eggs , if they 

are and when 

they  are  ready  cut  in  the  middle  serve  

hot with  green 

chutney which  is  there  in  my  recepie  

index . [ roti 

pachadlu ]

serve hot for good taste .
