This chana jor is a very traditional item which we can see in North India now we can see here also and it is very easy for preparing we can prepare chur or jor at home or we can get ready made packets also in the market like haldiram's etc.,
IF WE ARE BUYING CHANA JUR IN THE MARKET

Ingredients =
- onion - 1
- tomato - 1 small
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- green chillies - 1
- cilantro few
Method of preparation =
Peel and finely chop onion
Wash and finely chop tomato
Remove stem and chop chilli
Wash and chop cilantro
In a mixing bowl take cup full or 100 grms of chana jor and add chopped onion,tomato,cilantro,chilli,lemon juice and mix well and taste little bit if there is less salt and spice add salt and little red chilli powder and chat masala .
That's very tasty chana jor is ready to eat .

- Soda bicarb - 2 pinches
- Oil - for deep frying
- salt
- Garam masala
