Egg bhurji is very easy and delicious item .It is very favourite dish for all egg eaters .Bhurji is the item which is very popular item made by all bachelor's there are different types of methods of bhurji but now we learn daba style so get ready .............
Ingredients =
Eggs - 6
Red chilli powder - 1/ 2 tsp
Salt
Onions - 2
Garlic - 5 pod's
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Cilantro springs - few
Cinnamon - 1/4 inch
Clove - 1
Green chillies - 4
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 - 3 tsp
Curry leaves - 5 - 6
Method of preparation =
Peel and wash onions and chop onions
Remove the stems and wash and cut in the middle
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl gently with a spoon and keep aside .
Ground garlic,ginger,cinnamon,clove,cilantro into a fine paste ..........
Take pan add oil when heated , add jeera when start cracking add curry leaves and chopped onion and fry till golden color
Next add masala paste and fry for few second's and add green chillie's and fry for second
Add red chilli powder and salt and mix well
Lastly add slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking them until cooked on medium heat
Garnish with little cilantro and serve hot for roties and even steamed rice as side dish with dhal .
