EGG BHURJI WITH VEGETABLES


Egg bhurji  is  very easy and delicious  item  .It is very favourite dish  for all  egg eaters .Bhurji  is the item which is very  popular item made by all bachelor's there are different types of  methods of bhurji but now we learn one more type with vegetables it is my  style so get ready .............

Ingredients = 

Eggs - 6 
Red chilli powder - 1/ 2 tsp 
Salt
Onions - 2
Bell pepper - 1 
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Cilantro springs - few
Tomato - 1
Green chillies - 4 
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 - 3 tsp
Curry leaves - 5 - 6

Method of preparation = 

Peel and wash onions and chop onions 
Remove the stems and wash and cut in the middle 
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl  gently with a spoon and keep aside .
Wash and chop bell pepper / capsicum 
Wash and chop tomato

Ground black pepper and ginger and cilantro into a fine paste ..........
 

Take pan add oil when heated  , add jeera when start cracking add curry leaves and chopped onion and fry till golden color 



Next add chilli and bell pepper  and fry for few second's and 


Add red chopped tomato  and sault well 

And add salt red chilli powder and ginger paste and mix well ..........


And finally after few mint's add slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking them until cooked on medium heat 
and mix well ...................


After  some time when it is cooked  well .......



Garnish with little cilantro and serve hot for roties and even steamed rice as side dish with dhal .
