This is very simple and easy recipe / chutney for rice add little ghee and mix with steamed rice and eat , ' "heavens" .It is very old and traditional dish made by mom and inlaw ,both you all try .This is the season .
Ingredients =
- Chukka kura - 2 bundles
- Green chillies - 7 - 9 [according to spice]
- Onion - 3 medium
- Cilantro springs few
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp [ menthulu ]
- Oil - 2- 3 tsp
Method of preparation =
- Remove little fat stems below and wash them under water for two times and drain all water and keep aside ,
- Remove stems and wash and cut green chillies,
- Peel and wash and cut into big pieces of onion .
- Heat oil in pan , add fenugreek seeds and when it splutter add onions and green chillies and fry to golden color ....................
- And then add chukka koora on medium and low flame and saute well
- when kura come closer or cooked [ it takes hardely 5 - 9 mint's ] add cilantro
- When cooled add salt coresly ground the mixture and transfer to a bowl .
- Very tasty dish for stemed rice .
