Ingredients =
- mint - 2 cups
- chana dal - 1/4 cup
- urad dal - 1/4 cup
- ground nuts - 1/4 cup
- cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- garlic pods - 6- 7
- red chillies - 4 - 5
- salt as per taste
Method of preparation =
- Peel and crunch garlic pods .
- Pluck and wash and dry mint leaves .
- In a shallow pan , add dried mint leaves and fry on low flame until they dry .[ not much ]
- Heat oil 1 tsp in a pan , separately fry all ingredients like chana dal, urad dal , ground nuts,cumin seeds , red chillies and keep aside to cool to room temp.... until aromatic ..................................
- Grind all ingredients in a blender into a fine powder .
- After some time store the powder in a tight jar .................................
