VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Vegetable fried rice  is healthy  diet  with all  vegetables  and  and rice and some spice very easy to prepare and tasty to eat  .

Ingredients = 

  • basumathi rice - 3 cups
  • carrots - 2 
  • beans - 8
  • onion - 1 
  • green chillies - 3
  • soya souse - 1 tsp
  • salt - as per taste
  • green peas - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 5 tsp
  • black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • spring onions - 1/2 cup
  • cabbage - 1/4 cup 
Method of preparation =

Prepare  rice and keep aside 
Wash and finely chop beans into small pieces
Peel carrot and chop small pieces
Remove stems wash and chop green chillies 
Wash and finely chop cabbage 
Wash and finely chop spring onions 
Wash and peel and finely chop onions 

Take large oak  add oil  , and add onions fry for 1 mints on high flame add green chillies and fry 
Add the rest of vegetables and fry them on high heat for 5 - 10 mints 

Add salt and pepper powder together , and cook for a mint ; add  cooked  cold rice and combine well spread it all over the pan equally on medium and high heat for a mint ,combine again and spread it and leave it  for few more mints and 

Finally add vinegar and toss / mix all the contents on high heat for 30 sec . Turn off from heat Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions and serve hot .
