VEG TIKKI [ SNACK ITEM ]

INGREDIENTS :


1/2  kg potatoes - boiled & mashed
1 cup (fresh methi)- chopped very finely
3 tsp oil
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala 
1/4 cup coriander[fresh]
2 tsp kasoori methi [roast in tawa for 2 min and crushed]
2 bread slices - dried & grind in mixture to get fresh crumbs
oil for frying


METHOD OF  PREPARATION :


Take  oil  in  a  kadhai[2tsp]add jeera stir and add chopped onion
chopped green chillies  stir- fry till onions turn little red,add methi,
haldi,jeera powder,salt,garam masala,coriander leaves and mix well, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes  till its almost dry.


Add mashed potatoes and kasuri methi mix well for 4 minutes and 
swich off the stove and make it cool.


Add bread crumbs , mix well and shape the stuff in desired formes
and keep aside for 1/2 hr , and fry them till golden brown.
