FRENCH TOAST

FRENCH TOAST -


INGREDIENTS =
>> 12 slices fresh white (or) brown bread
>> 4 eggs
>> 2 cups milk
>> 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
>> 2 tablespoons ghee


METHOD =
(1) Break the eggs into adeep bowel and beat with a fork.


(2) Pour in the milk (it should not be too cold or too warm) and continue beating with fork.mix in the sugar and beat till it is mixed well.


(3) Place a frying pan on low heat.when it becomes warmer,put ghee and wait for couple of seconds.


(4) Dip one bread bread slice[cut the edges]with the help of  fork
in the egg dough to the both sides so that the dough should get to the bread evenly.


(5) Gently lift the dipped  bread slice with the fork and place it on the warmed frying pan .


(6) Fry each side minimum two minutes so that the colour changes into reddish on both sides.Do the same thing with how many breads you want and serve them hot.
