EGG CURRY { BOILED EGG } DRY





EGG  CURRY :  { for  rice & roti }

ingridiants : 

  • boiled and peeled eggs - 4
  • ginger pieces [chopped nicely]- 10
  • green chillies - 5
  • red chili  powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 5 tsp 
  • fresh coconut grated - 1/2 coconut
  • cumin seeds[jeera] - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp 
  • curry leaves
  • onion chopped finely - 2 [medium]
method of  preparation :


Heat  oil  in  a pan ,  add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves
in it .wait for a second and add chopped onion ,chopped chillies
and fry them for couple of seconds.

Then add  salt,ginger pieces  and after  few seconds add red chili
powder  and peeled boiled [poke  the eggs with fork ]eggs.

Then fry them on medium flame for five minutes and finally add
grated  coconut in it and  mix it well on small flame for five minutes

so that the masala  will touch the eggs.


The   curry   is   ready   to  serve.........................................
