INGREDIENTS =
- Potatoes - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cilantro springs - 1/3 cup
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Fresh green peas - 2cups
- Oil - 1 - 2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2 [ normal ]
- Salt as per taste
- Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves - few
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Bread crumps powder - 1 - 2 cup's
Method of preparation -
To prepare stuffing
Peel and pressure cook the potatoes and fresh green peas till soft
Peel the skin choop onions
Wash and chop tomatos
Wash and chop green chillies
Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil when hot add chopped onion &and chopped green chillies and fry for a sec
Add add red chilli powder ,chat masala and tomatoes and mint leaves ,salt and mix well
And then when tomatoes are cooked then ,
Add smashed potatoes and green peas and mix well when cooked add amchur powder and mix well
When they are cooked well let it cool
Preparation of cutlets
Now when the mixture is cooled add corn flour and bread crumps powder [ dry bread powder available in market or can cut bread and put it in miksi jar and run for making powder ]and mix well ,
When all the stuff is mixed well ,make the desired shape of cutlet
and dust the prepared cutlets in bread powder or rusk powder [so that it will be crispy on outer layer also]
Place a frying pan on high heat ,when the pan {is hot .........place the prepared cutlets on the pan and lower the flame and sprinkle little oil around each cutlet and turn it over .
If we cook on low and medium flame the cutlets will be cooked from inside also and tastes good.
Fry all cutlets till golden color on both sides and then transfer to serving plate with desirable souse .
and repeat the left over cutlets on the same way
{as now a days people became consious about oil so we are doing like this if not you can deep fry them after dusting but when you are deep frying then you keep these prepared and dusted cutlets in fridge for 1/2 hr then you fry }
