BOMBAY RAVVA AND COCONUT MILK LADDU

Ingredients - 
  • Bombay rava / semolina - 1 cup
  • Ground nuts - 1 /2 cup [ roasted and peeled and core-sly grounded into powder ]
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup [ available ready made or you can grind the fresh coconut and squeeze the milk into a bowel ]
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup or as required 
  • Dry nuts - bhadam /almonds - 7 ,dry grapes/ kismiss - 9 , cashew nuts - 8
  • Ghee - 2- 3 tsp
Method of preparation = 
  • Take a non stick pan add 1 tsp of ghee and add chopped dry nuts and fry to golden color and take to a plate .

  • In the same pan add the ghee left and add rava and  fry on low flame till golden color and take to the same plate ....
  • And add sugar powder which is grounded 
  • Now add prepared ground nut powder and mix well with hands 
  • And finally add coconut milk and mix well and prepare ladoo's and keep aside for some time 


  • and serve the laddos which can be prepared in very less time .
