VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN RECIPE


                                       
Vegetable  manchurian  - It  is  the  best  &  lovely  snack   to all  and  the best  for  those  who  don't  like to eat  vegetables , this is  very  best  way  for  making to  eat  vegetables , so let's hop  to  recipe 

Ingredients - 
  • Cauliflower grated - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot grated - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage shredded - 1/2 cup
  • Salt 
  • Corn flour - 4 tsp
  • All purpose flour / maida -  1 tsp 
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp 
  • Soya sauce - 3tsp
  • Veniger  - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  -  for  deep  frying
  • Spring  onions - 1 cup
  • White  onions - 3 tsp
  • Garlic - 10 pods
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Method  of  preparation - 

First  take  a  mixing  bowl add  all  grated  vegetables  and  add  little  salt  to  taste and  mix  well  and  keep aside  for  5 mint's  so  we  can get  rid  of  excess  of  water  from  the  vegetables ,

Next  we  have  to squeeze  excess  of  water and  transfer  the squeezed   vegetables  in  the  same  mixing  bowl and add 1 tsp of  maida and 1 tsp of corn flour , pepper powder and  mix  well and  make  small balls of them {don't make big big balls make small balls , as it will double the size when they are placed in the manchurian  sauce} 

In the  mean  while  place  a frying  pan  add oil  for deep frying  and  fry  the  prepared  balls  and  fry  them to golden color transfer  to butter paper , by  the  time  you  have  to  make  sauce  so ..................{before  frying  all  balls  first  keep  one  ball  and check that the  ball won't crack  if  it  is  crack  add  more corn flour and mix well and try so that the oil  won't spoil}

Take  a  non-stick pan ,add 2 tsp add  10 - 12 of chopped garlic and   fry  and  ginger - 1 tsp  and  add  onion - 2 and  saute  for  3 mint's  and then add  2 of  green chillies  which  are  finely  chopped  and  add 2 cups  of  water  and  till it  boil

By the  time  it  boil  we can add to  the  boiling  water -  soya  sauce 3 tsp to  4tsp {the  color  should  be  dark  so  we  add  more  of  soya sauce} little  bit  of  salt  and  pepper  powder - 1/2 tsp and  sugar  - 1/4 tsp {by  adding  the  sugar  it  enhance  the  taste   as  we  also  add veniger  it  cracks  the  sour  taste} and  veniger - 1/2 tsp 

Take  a  small bowl  and  take  3 tsp  of  corn  flour  and  add   water  and  mix  well  to  make  a thick  sauce  of   corn  flour  and  mix  well  and 

Now  add  this  corn flour mixture  to  the  boiling  water  where  we  added  all  sauce's  and  mix  well  and  cook  upto  it  becomes  thick  like  sauce   {taste  it  before  adding  munchurian balls and  set  the  salt  and  every  thing } and  remove  from heat ...............................

Now  add  the  prepared  manchurian  balls  and  let  it  sock  it  up to  15  mint's  and  then  your  manchurian  is  ready  to  serve  by  garnishing  with  spring  onions  which  are  finely  chopped .

This  can  be  served  like  this  only  or  with  noodles  or  with  fried  rice  or  as  you  wish .
