This is the chutney which is used in chat's,Bhel,and Dahi vada in North Indian style and vada pav etc .,

- Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Black salt [ kala namak ] - to taste
- Green chillies - 2 - 3
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Method -
Process the fresh coriander , fresh mint and green chillies in a blender to a smooth paste with a little water if required . Add the black salt and sugar . Transfer to a bowl , and the lemon juice and mix well .
