GHEE / NEYYI CHAPATHI


Chapati  is  the  staple  food  for  Indian's and  it  is loved  by  mostly all  , in my house  we prepare  ghee / neyyi  chepathi  . It  is  loved by  all 

Ingredients - 
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups 
  • Salt - apinch
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Water 
Method of preparation -
  • In a  mixing  bowl  add  wheat flour,salt ,  and tsp of ghee and  mix  well  and by adding  adequate  water  knead  the  flour and  rest  it  for an  hour .
  • Make  equal  size balls  and  smear them  with  dry  flour  on rolling board  with rolling pin  with small size poori like..............
  • And  spread  1 tsp of ghee and fold it  like  triangle  shape 
  • Roll  with  rolling pin like  a chapathi  by  dusting dry flour ............... 
  • Heat  a griddle , put  rolled  chapathi  on griddle and  add tsp of ghee  and  spread on chapathi and turn  to another  side  and  coat  one  more spoon  of  ghee  and  fry to both sides and  serve  hot  with  sugar 
  • It taste  heaven .................
