CAPSICUM PASTA WITH SAUTED BEANS AND MUSHROOM SALAD

.Pasta is so versatile , and it not  also  any fat  content and  we can eat so many vegetables  with  this , also  my  It seems this recipe is  some  what  tough to do , but   it  is  very  easy  one and  very  delicious  one  which  you  love  to  cook  , love  to  eat . It seems like  this  recipe has  lot  of  ingredients , But  nothing  like  that  you can  try it , all are normal vegie's which  we  use normally . So  friend's  get  ready  to  treat  your  family with  ITALIAN  food " PASTA " .

Ingredients - 

  • Pasta - 200 grms {I used  tri colour pasta made of wheat}
  • Capsicum - 3 {green ,yellow and red}
  • Pasta sauce - 2 cups {which we prepare in our house}
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Ajino motto - 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp / normal also no problem
Ingredients for  mixed vegetable -  
  • Mushrooms - 250 grms
  • Beans - 250 grms 
  • Oregano powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ajino moto - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli flacks - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste 
Method  of  preparation - 
  • Remove  the  stems  of  mushrooms  and and  cut  them  into  two  halves .
  • Firstly  boil  water  in an  utensil , as water  comes  to  boil  we  will  add pasta  to  it , When  water  is  boiling  add  1/4 tsp  of  salt  and  1 tsp  of  oil  to  it  followed   by  pasta  to  it . Let  it  boil .
  • Until  pasta  cookes
  • let  us  chop  capsicum and  keep  them  ready {remove  the  seeds from capsicum and  cut  them into strips equal to pasta}
  • In  the  middle  stir  pasta once  with  a ladal and  check weather  it  is  cooked {cook minimum for 10 mints and check by  perssing  with  your hands  whether it is cooked or not  , pasta  should  be  cooked  soft  not  over  cook else  they  will  tear  easily}
  • Turn  off  the  stove  and  transfer  the  cooked  pasta  to  a  strainer 
Now  we  are  ready  with  all  ingredients  so  let  us  cook = 
  • Heat  a  pan  add 2 tsp  of  oil  to  it  , when  oil  is  hot  add  chopped  capsicum  to  it 
  • Saute  them  from  5 - 9  mints  on  medium  flame  by  closing  the  lid 
  • Now  add  cooked  pasta , ajino moto , and  mix  well , add pasta  sauce and  mix  well  now  pasta  is  ready {while  serving  if  it  becomes  thick  add  1/4 glass water  and  mix  well  heat  for 4 mint's}

Now  let's prepare  beans mushrooms curry  for  the  pasta - 
  • Boil  water  in  any  vessel  as  we  have  to  cook  chopped  beans  on  steam {cooking  like  this  will taste  yummy}
  • As  water  is  boiling  we  place  strainer  on  the  top  of  the  vessel  like  this  and  add a pinch  of  salt  and  mix  well to  the  beans and  place  on  the  strainer  and  close  the  lid  , let  it  cook  for 5 - 9  mint's {don't  over  cook  it won't taste nice}
  • Now  let   us  prepare  curry - 
Heat  the  pan  and  place  tsp  of  oilve oil   when  hot  add   cooked  beans and  let  it  fry for  a  sec add chopped  mushrooms  and  fry  them  until  all water  will  evaporate ...............

  • Finally  add  ajino motto and  mix  well add  salt , chilli flakes, oregano  and  saute  well  and finally add  soya sauce  and  saute  well  for  5  mint's  until  all  masala  will  touch  with beans  and  mushrooms , turn  off  the  flame  and 

  •  serve  them  hot with  the  prepared  pasta ......
