PALAK PANNER FOR ROTIES

Ingredients = 
  • Palak - 4 bunches 
  • Methi - 1 bunch 
  • Panner - 120 grm's
  • Green chillis - 3 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Garlic - 4 -5 pod's
  • Ginger - 1/4 inch 
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - a pinch 
  • Salt as per
  • Oil - 3 tsp / Butter - 2 tsp 
Method of preparation = 

Peel and wash and chop onion .
Remove the leaves from the stem and wash  methi leaves . 
Clean the spinach and remove the stem part from the leaf  . {tear off any thick stem part in the middle of the leaves too ...}

And cook both methi and palak and grind into fine paste .
Wash and peel and ground into fine paste .
Wash and cut block's  and fry lightly on a pan .
In a pan , heat oil or butter  and fry cumin seeds and add chopped onions and fry till golden color.



Add garlic ginger paste and fry for a sec and add turmeric powder and fry 



And add palak and methi paste and fry 
Add  salt and red chilli powder and mix well and finally add fried panner  and cook for a sec and  and add garam masala and mix well .
This  curry is best suitable for roties and fried rice.
