MUSHROOM CURRY



Mushroom  are good for health and for vegetarian mushrooms are non - veg .There are so many types of curries and now we learn very easy recipe of mushrooms which is very tasty .

INGREDIENTS 

-: To be grinded into coarse paste :-

1 tbsp roughly chopped mint leaves[pudina /mint ]
1 tbsp roughly chopped coriander /cilantro springs 
1 chopped tomato 
2 chopped onion
6 cashewnuts [ kaju ]
3 green chillies 
salt as per taste

-: Other ingredients :-

1 cup mushrooms ,cleaned and finely chopped 
1/4 tsp mustard seeds [ rai / sarson ]
1/4 cumin seeds [ jeera]
4 tsp of oil

-: METHOD :- 

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in apan , add the mushrooms and toss till tender remove and keep aside .
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan , add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds .
  3. When they start splutter add the ground paste , mix well and simmer for 10 mints , add little water if required .
  4. Add salt and tossed mushrooms ,saulte well and simmer  and cover and cook for few more mints .
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice and roti
