CAULIFLOWER CURRY WITH BLACK PEPPER

Cauliflower  is one of  the more nutritiousness and now we are seeing one more curry  of cauliflower which is tasty in pulkas  and fried rice also you can try it .

Ingredients =
  • cauliflower - 1
  • tomato - 2
  • onion - 1 - big
  • garlic - 8 cloves 
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp
Method of preparation = 

Wash and beak cauliflower into small  florets and wash them in cold  water.
Peel and finely chop onion 
Peel garlic and chop 
Wash and finely chop tomatoes 
Fry cumin seeds ,black pepper seeds and smash in a mortar  into a powder.

Ground chopped onions ,coriander powder , garlic into a fine paste .

Take oil in a pan  and add all talimpu ingredients in an order when urad dal turns golden color  add the grounded masala  and fry on a medium flame till golden color .

Add cleaned cauliflower and  mix well ,and cook for few second's and add 1/2 cup of  water and stir well close with a lid after 5 mint's uncover  and  add chopped tomatoes , salt , red chilli powder and stir well 
and cook till tomatoes mushy .

Cook the curry coverd until cauliflower is soft but not mushy [ if  we want we can add 1/2 cup of water while cooking ]


When  the curry is ready  add cumin and black pepper powder and stir well and after few seconds remove from heat and serve with hot rotis and steam rice .
