Cauliflower is very good for health and very tasty We can prepare many types of curries and this very simple and healthy curry with out any masala
Ingredients -

- cauliflower - 1
- green chillies - 4
- potato - 1
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- salt as per taste
Talimpu -
- curry leaves - 5
- mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 tsp
- asafoetida a big pinch
Method of preparation -
Remove stems,wash and finely chop green chillies
Wash and tear curry leaves into small pieces
Peel ,wash and dice potatoes
Remove stem wash thoroughly and break cauliflower into small pieces ,and again keep them in cold water for 10 mints so that any thing struck in the middle will come out
Heat oil in a pan , add all talimpu ingredients in order ,when urad dal changes it's color add potato and green chillies and fry for a second
Add turmeric powder and cauliflower pieces and stir well so that all are mixed well with turmeric powder
Stir and fry minute and add little water 1/2 cup and cook covered with a lid on a medium flame
till the cauliflower becomes soft not mushy.
Once potato is cooked well ,stir salt and mix well and remove from heat .
And your cauliflower curry with aaloo is ready to serve with no masala and less oil with chepathi, roti ,pulka
