ALOO TIKKI

1.     

Ingredients –

Potatoes - 3
Green chillies - 3
Bread – 3 slices
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying

Method of preparation-

Boil potatoes peel ,mash them slightly
Grind bread slices with green chillies by adding salt, cumin seeds , coriander leaves and mash them together properly
Take small portions of this aaloo mixture and make small  shape of tikki
Fry it in hot oil which is is kept before to hot on fire
Note – first fry one tikki if it cracks then see that oil is not hot enough so let it be hot

Serve hot with tomato sauce
