BREAD BHELPURI

As  snacks  are  loved  by   each  and  every  one  than  normal   items  , and  I will  be  trying  new new items means{ snacks }  from   all  newspapers  , blog's or  other  by  creativity . The new  item  by my  creativity  is ........................

Ingredients - 

> Bread  slices - 8 
> Oil -  to deep  fry 
> Onion , finely chopped  - 1 large 
> Tomato , finely chopped - 1 large 
> Pomegranate  seeds - 4 tsp 
> Fresh  coriander  leaves , finely chopped - 1/ cup
> Salt  to  taste 
> Green  chutney - 2 tsp  
> Tamarind chutney - 1/ 4 cup 
> Sev  /  boondhi  - 1/2 cup 

Method  of preparation - 

  • Take  the  bread  slices  , remove the crust  and  cut  the  bread  into small squares .
  • Heat  sufficient  oil  in  a kadai  and  deep  fry the bread pieces . Remove  and place on an  absorbant paper .Set aside .
  • Place  the  brad pieces in  a bowl  . Add  chopped onion ,
  •  tomato , pomegranate seeds , lemon juice , half the coriander leaves and mix .

  • Add salt , green chutney and tamarind chutney . Mix well .

  • Put  bondi  on  top , garnish  with  the  remaining  coriander leaves and serve  immediately  , { as the cunchy ness of  bread will be  lost }
