My son wants new recipes for day to day . I search new recipes in net like pasta , but I want with less cholesterol , by seeing all I imagined and prepared new type of pasta by not adding paste but adding palak leaves . I got it very tasty and they are asking me to prepare more .

- Macaroni pasta - 200 grms , I used elbows
- Spinach / palak - 2 medium sized bunches
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Mug nut powder - a pinch
- Onion - 1 medium [ finely chopped ]
- Milk - 250 ml
- Butter - 5 tsp
- All purpose flour - 4 tsp
Method of preparation -
- Cook pasta for 5 mint's or till cooked , by adding 4 - 5 glasses of water , by adding 1/4 tsp of oil and pinch of salt.
- Drain the water completely and wash the pasta under running water , keep aside for draining .
- Pick and wash palak in water for two times and chop it nicely
- Remove ends and peel and chop finely onion and keep aside
- In pan add 3 tsp of butter / olive oil add chopped onion and saute well for 3 mint's and add palak and fry it [till cooked but slightly crunchy ] for 9 mint's , and remove from heat .
- In another pan ,add butter and flour and fry on low flame, till the flour turns golden color ....
- Let it cool for five mint's
- Now add 1/2 of the milk and mix the flour thoroughly , not letting the lumps to form .If ther are any lumps use the hand ..........
- Bring it to gentle boil for few second's , the white sauce starts thickening ............
- When boiling , add pepper powder , salt and mix well
- Then add fried palak mixture and left over milk and cook well by seeing the consistency of thickness you want add little water then what you are waiting add
- Cooked and drained pasta and saute well , not to break pastas .........
If the pasta appears to be thick add little boiled water ................
