This shake is regularly made by me at home very tasty as my son won't eat almonds nor drink milk so I will try several types to feed him . And now summer also started so this different types
Ingredients -

- Almonds - 4 [soaked in water]
- Sugar - 11/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - pinch [ as use very little as almonds flavour should not dominate with this ]
- Cream milk or normal milk - 1 cup
Method of preparation -
- Soak almonds for 3 - 4 hrs and remove the upper layer of the almonds
- Blend almonds by adding boiled and cooled milk , sugar , cardamom powder until well blended into a fine paste .
- If want strain the blended almond mixture using a cheese cloth or strainer [ I din't strain it is optional ]
- Home made almond milk shake will be having good taste by refrigerating in this summer .
- Decorate this with left over almonds .
