capsicum curry there are so many different types of curries and this is one of very simple curry made in my kitchen when my husband is telling me not to do the same routine types , but is not so great invention but it tastes great so I want to share with you .

Ingredients =
- Capsicum - 5
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Green chillies - 4- 5
- Salt as per
- Cilantro few
- Fresh coconut - 1 cup
Method of preparation =
- Wash and chop bell peppers in an inch size removing the seeds inside .
- On the stove keep a frying pan add oil and when heat add cumin seeds and add capsicum and fry on low heat and saute well until soft .
- In a mixsee jar add grated coconut , green chillies , salt and cilantro and ground it and add to the fried capsicum and fry still for more 5 mint's and transfer to the serving bowl and serve this curry steamed rice or chepathi
