Method of preparation –

Take a flat pan , when hot add 2tsp  oil ,in medium heat ,use pan having a lid [as broccoli is good for health ,we also use  less oil ,if we use lid we can cook with vapour]
Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, mustard seeds , fenugreek seeds  and curry leaves and fry for  a minute, then add oil and peppers and fry for another minute.
Then add chopped broccoli and some salt and fry with the onions and spices. Next add the turmeric, red chili flakes and powder. Lower  heat to medium low and put lid on pan so broccoli can steam to soften. If your ingredients are too dry sprinkle little water on broccoli. Once broccoli is cooked to your desired tenderness, taste for salt [ add little salt if not broccoli taste will go] and serve with roti or rice very healthy.
