This  is  easy  type  of  dessert  which  my sister  saw  in T.V  and  shared  with  me  and  I tried  it  .It  took very very less time  to  prepare  and  very very tasty , but different from  normal  gulab jamun , so if any gust's  are  comming  unexpectedly  and then near by shop is there  go get bread packet  and ready khova packets are available  now in each and every shops like paneer so  get  it  do  it  in 10 mint's , so lets  do it  friends hurry  my  gust's  are coming ...................................

Ingredients -

  1. Khova - 250 grms
  2. Bread -  1 packet
  3. Sugar - 3 cups
  4. Water - 7 cups
  5. Saffron - little [optional]
  6. Milk - 1/2 liter
  7. Cardamom / ilaichi -  1/3 tsp powder
Let's prepare  sugar syrup -
  • Make syrup  by  boiling  water  and  sugar  in a vessel  until  the  sugar  dissolves and 4 mint's after dissolving also .
  • Turn  off  from  heat  and  add cardamom powder  and  mix  well  and  keep aside [ this  powder is also optional as so many don't like  the  smell ]

Method  of  preparation  of  jamun -
  • In a mixing  bowl  take  khova  and mix  with hand  lightly and make small  walnut size balls and keep aside .
  • Next  take  bread  and  cut  the  sides  and  take  milk  in  bowl  and dip  the  bread  and squeeze the extra  milk  with the help  of  both  hands  gently and  place  the khova  ball in  the  middle  and  close it  and  roll in a  ball  and keep  aside and  make  all  of  them in the same manner .
  • Heat  oil  on  wok  or deep frying pan and  add oil  for deep  frying { I used 1/2 ghee and 1/2 oil  to enhance the  taste }

  • When  oil  is  hot  low  the  flame  add the prepared  balls in  the  oil  and  when  they  turn  to  golden color  transfer  it  to  the  prepared  syrup and after 5 mint's remove from the syrup and keep in another vessel

  • Serve them  hot  or  cold or warm sprinkling some  saffron  from top if desired .
